I've only had the item for a month and it's already falling apart. The bottom box keeps popping out and I can tell it won't last long. This item is not a quality item so please do not put heavy or expensive items in it.

This collapsible storage bin is a very nice alternative to the storage bins that hang from your closet rack. They are very easy to assemble. Just pull it up like an accordion and push up the plastic walls. It is great that you have a door to keep out the dust and keep your items safely stored. If you didn't want to have to use all of the compartments you could just leave one or 2 collapsed.  I could see how you could use it to store shoes, but I think it is way more versatile than just shoes. I plan on using it as an extra set of drawers for my clothing. I would also be a great addition to an art room or a pantaryl Given the quality and versatility of the rack at the price of $29.99 I am happy to recommend it.
