I was afraid I was going to have to have a mechanic pull my seat and install a new motor but a friend watched a YouTube video and suggested trying this fix first. Very simple to install and did the job, my seat now moves again, and a fraction of the cost to pull a seat and a new motor

I have a 2014 F-150 XLT. Quick easy replacement. Just make sure to watch a video about how to remove the plastic escutcheon.Just wish it wasn't made in China.

This little thing did the trick for me. My driver seat would move back, but not forward. I popped this thing in and I was back in business.
