You either gulp down your drink or continue to sip on a tepid, diluted, watery version of the lemonade. Reusable ice cubes are the answer! But what are reusable ice cubes?
Also known as chilling cubes, reusable ice cubes are little blocks that can be cooled down to freezing temperatures. Once added to a glass, they chill the drink. Unlike regular ice cubes, reusable ice cubes do not melt, so your drink will not become watery and diluted.

Plastic Ice Cubes
Plastic ice cubes contain either distilled water or silica gel. Like traditional ice cubes, the distilled water or silica gel does melt over time but will not dilute your drink since they are contained in the plastic casing.
Plastic cubes containing distilled water will take the same time to freeze as regular cubes, which is about two to three hours. Plastic ice cubes containing silica-gel freeze quicker than water.

How Do You Use Reusable Ice Cubes?
Reusable ice cubes are simple to use. Pop them in the freezer. When you need to chill your drink, add them to the glass. Once you have finished your drink, wash the ice cubes and then place them back in the freezer again.
How long do reusable ice blocks last?
The life of reusable ice blocks depends on how often they are used and how well they are taken care of.
Dont put plastic blocks in direct sunlight and make sure to rinse them off with clean water after each use. Allow plastic blocks to air dry completely before storing them outside the freezer.
Are Reusable Ice Cubes Water-saving?
We all need to reduce our water consumption. Having said that, using reusable ice cubes instead of regular cubes will not make a huge difference in the amount of water you use. But every bit helps.

We love to have cold pop without the watered down taste. Highly reccomend these! Took about 2 days to freeze. But after that they are perfect. Easy to freeze. Easy to wash. Great quality material. The color is nice. Maybe even gift these on a hot summer day to a relative. They most definitely function they way they are supposed to and make an excellent gift!

They tend to take a while to fully freeze. But, I've noticed this with my son's popsicles as well, so it very well could just be an issue with my freezer. They stay cold for a good amount of time and don't water down your drinks.

I got the ones that change color when they get cold and they did. It's pastel colors, very pretty. They work great for a thermal container which is what I am using. My son tried them in a glass and they work great.

These will work if you run out of real ice but they melt real quick and don't ever get your drink like ice cold save just buy ice trays you'll have a colder drink for longer

Remember to dry them before re-freezing. My first batch ruined as soon as i stopped drying them before re-freezing. So i had to buy another batch.

We have a 5 litre glass container which we add cordial. We purchased 60 reusable ice cubes. We place 30 at a time in the container, remove 30 and place another frozen 30 in the drink.We just keep refreezing the cubes.We think it does a good job.
