I keep track of ham radio contacts on a world map and needed additional pins as my original supply was running out. These are a bit bigger and longer than the original pins which doesn't cause any issues.Like all map pins sometimes the heads fall of the pin when you use them, more than enough pins in this case to not worry about the occasional defect.

They last quite a while and I love the colors, they are very tiny though so I do have trouble picking them up sometimes.

These are great push pins to leave minimal damage to college dorm room walls. They wanted us to use double sided tape but we did that last year and it ripped the paint off walls which we then had to paint. These pins make tiny holes we can fill in with toothpaste/spackle to cover, much easier than having to paint where tape caused damage.

I just wanted to say that these were surprisingly awesome for the price. They left smaller holes than normal thumbtacks, and that was really wonderful considering I was using hundreds of them to put up student work at a showcase. I highly recommend them.
