After inserting the 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment according to the graph showing the proper positions of each battery the item stayed on. Could not turn it off using the red power button. Also the keys are very stiff, need extra pressure to make them work.

Troubleshooting did not helpAlso the USB outlet in back is just for show. There is nothing behind it.This keyboard in the description says that the keys are full sized but they are smaller than piano keys. Meaning note markers I bought do not fit.It is small and lightweight which isn't bad. It just feels flimsy.Included is a photo of the pretend USB plug in back.

Extremely basic. Has a cheap plastic sound. The tones all sound the same so really only one instrument. A small child might be happy with this playing with the rhythms. But I imagine they would quickly outgrow it. Get a more expensive one that at least sounds nice.
