Works great on most applications but on some you may need to trim a bit of the foam for having the correct clearance on some panels.

Bought the fast rings for a 6.5†speaker. The part that is supposed to go around the outside of the speaker would have to be set on the surround for the speaker. That will ruin the speaker. So that part is completely trash. Will not ever recommend this trash to anyone. Complete waste of money. For these to ACTUALLY fit a 6.5" speaker, the center cut out (round piece that goes inside the door) should be 6.5" not 5.75" inches, as the ring will not fit a 6.5" speaker but will fit a 5.75" speaker. Thanks for wasting my money on a product you think will fit a 6.5" speaker when it is not even close to fitting.

These are supposed to be for 6" to 6.5" but my speakers are 6.5" and they are too tight. Had to stretch them to the point that the rings became thin. It will hold and hopefully improve the sound.
