I like that these shrunk nice and tight to ensure the caps on bottles did not loosen during transit. They prevented leaks and were easy to remove later.

We've packaged thousands of bottles of our product with these and they work great. To note, if they aren't shrinking enough or not hardening then your temperature isn't high enough, and if they are splitting or melting your temperature is too high and/or you're leaving the heat on it too long. Practice with a few to get your timing & temperature right and they work perfectly. If you're using a hand held heat gun, we recommend the low setting for only a couple seconds. If you're using a heat tunnel (this is what we do), then 375F (190C) for around 3 seconds is about right
