I cant say to much about this product other than it came quick and worked as described by seller with my genmitsu 710w router. was a breeze to hook up

The tapped holes for the screws are not properly aligned with the Genmitsu Aluminum Z-Axis Assembly Kit. Bought another brand (HOLEPU) and it had the same problem. Bought the one from the Genmitsu store and holes aligned perfectly

I have a Genmitsu 4040 Pro CNC Machine. Not long after I received it I upgraded the anemic 75W spindle with a much more capable 1.25 HP compact router. This required the additional purchase of a spindle mount that fit the 4040 and held the larger diameter body of the new router. It's been working out great, but I've been wanting to make a dust collection shoe to add to the rig which I can connect to a shop vacuum or my big dust collection system. I've been tossing around ideas for different designs, but not really settling on anything concrete. Recently however, while browsing Amazon I saw this model ZC65 65mm Spindle Mount from LNATPPE and a light bulb went off in my head regarding a great design for the type of dust collector that I will be creating using this Spindle Mount. Based on that, the rest of the design started falling into place.Without going into lengthy detail, the ZC65 will be at the center of the design, clamping on to the router's body just below the existing mount, but with the mounting points that would normally be attached to the CNC facing forwards (one of the photos I attached to this review shows a picture of this). These mounting points will be used to securely hold the rest of the dust collection shoe which will mostly consist of custom-designed 3D printed components.The ZC65 has a robust construction - just as solid as the original one that I bought to hold the router. In fact, it looks EXACTLY like the original Genmitsu mount right down to the color and texture, and it fits perfectly on to the router. I can't comment on how well it fits the actual mounting points on the CNC's carriage, but it will make a fine mounting base for the dust collection shoe. Can't wait to finish it!

This was a bolt-on replacement for me changing from a Dewalt to a variable speed Makita trim router with lower speeds for surfacing work. It holds the router well and worked with the Shapeoko Z-Plus upgrade. The spring nature of the clamping was different, but works well.Great price! Recommend
