This is my second time purchasing this item and I have no complaints. It's feels like a high quality moss, I have purchased some that's abrasive and has lots of sticks but this is not like that at all. The color is great and the feel is great.

Packed very tightly and very dry, this moss expands like 100x its size. I got this to use at the bottom of my bold jumper’s enclosure and I’m so pleased with it. I only broke about an inch off of the rectangle of moss, and after fluffing/spritzing with water, I had more than I needed to work with. I can probably change out his moss ten times before I have to order more. This will help with cushioning in case of falls, and to retain moisture for humidity. I will definitely be recommending this moss to all of my friends who own jumping spiders.

Got this for my lizard's cage and she loved it. Broke it apart and soaked in some water before putting it in her cage. Helped with humidity, good quality, and soft for her to lay on.

This material is so realistic, easy to use and goes a long way. Our turtles love to burrow in this and it really looks like they are out in the wild.

I was looking for something to help retain humidity in my tortoise habitat. At first they were eating it, but after a few days they started burrowing under the moss and they love it. It does help retain moisture, but if some falls into your water area, it will soak up all the water

The moss is ok and there's a lot in the package, however once u wash it and rehydrate it, it has a very heavy odor of seaweed.

Stays moist and alive with simple misting I need more soon just cuz I want to add more but still living months and months later and I’m a beginner (used for my reptiles) ðŸ

Just so you can see before you buy, this is what you get for 10$, the smallest package.It looks smaller than I thought but it is compressed so I'll probably get enough for my needs when it expands. I'm using it for a large humid hide for my adult ball python.I may add more photos and edit the stars once I see it expand.**UpdateThe last two photos are when I added water to tbe moss, broke it up a little and let it expand. That is fairly large mixing bowl. Worth 10$.
