This was an exact replacement and worked perfectly after a simple remove and replace. I've only used it for 2 weeks so longevity is unknown at this point. But happy so far.

We purchased this step motor for our RV, worked good for a few months then began not retracting intermediately. I contacted the seller and he was so understanding and offered a full refund or a replacement at no charge. Great customer service and quick response. I would highly recommend this excellent seller for any purchase in the future.

Very smooth and quiet. Needs washer on shaft for proper drive gear fit to gear head.

We ordered, we replaced, we were happy........till we were on a trip just over 3 months from purchase and its broke just like the first one same noice same issue. Also remember we are a part time RV issuer so the step motor was only used many a dozen times. Waste of money and time. Really would have liked the moror to have worked used in a Fleetwood Discovery 2019 LXE 44B.

The motor was the correct unit and was a perfect match-It has only 3 bolts showing on the outside and one plug, simple right? I checked and the plug was an exact fit so looked pretty straight forward- but no installation instructions and 3 new mounting bolts but no nuts or washer made it difficult to install. - the old unit had 3 bolts going the plate, but 3 nuts were mounted on the other side of the mounting plate. in order to reach the 3 nuts, you had to drop the plate the motor is mounted to. And in order to drop the plate you must disconnect the actuator arm. Once you get the WHOLE unit out now you have to move the gear from the old unit over to the new unit (you'll need a snap ring plier) After that just reinstall the plate assembly and plug it in-- works great but took most of the day to learn as you go???? be sure to get the gear in the same position as it was in so it opens and closes correctly.
