If you are experiencing a CEL with a DTC code of P20BA or your vehicle is operating at a reduced power then you may have a problem with your diesel exhaust fluid reservoir heater, your DEF freezes at 12 °F. Replace your reductant heater to make sure your vehicle will not suffer from loss of power, excessive black smoke or reduction in fuel efficiency.

Method of installation:
①Remove the oil out let dust cover and return oil outlet dust cover on the flange, and then insert the oil seal ring and the return oil ring.
②Install the top seal ring into the urea tank.
③Install the Pre-heater into the urea tank and rotate it to the right by 10°tolock the oil tank firmly.Then press the top cover into the urea tank port,and press it tightly with the seal ring of the top cover.
④Screw the flange plate to fix the top cover.
⑤Install Urea pump assembly.
⑥Connect vapour filtration lines,wiring plugs,etc.Use Ribbon to fasten the wiring
⑦After all installed,it needs to meet certain conditions to make system work,so directly using computer to control the detection system to see whether it is working,or it is necessary to start the vehicle for a period of time to observe whether the system shows warning.

Part broke after 2 weeks in truck. Code came back on. Also- while removing it to return to customer, clinch nut that holds the DEF pump on top stripped from plastic not allowing me to remove allen screw. Had to break of bracket from my factory pump. I would not recomend to buy this for anyone.
