I like this pitcher which is why I gave it 4 stars. Glass is beautiful, feels sturdy but not too heavy. Lid is easy to get off and on. At 60oz. (just shy of a half-gallon), perfect for the iced tea I make. Trying to get rid of plastic stuff and this is a nice replacement for my plastic pitcher. I have reservations about the longevity of the gasket, but who knows. Reason I removed 1 star is because when I read the description "The lid surface is wooden" I didn't examine the photos closely enough to realize the lid is actually bamboo. Bamboo is not wood, and it doesn't match the wood handle. I know it's silly, but if I had known that beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered it, so calling it out here for any other person bothered by that sort of thing. I want to reduce it to 3 stars for the misleading description, but won't because it is perfectly functional and I am going to use it. Plus, if I had purchased it like normal (I got this on Vine in exchange for my review) I don't think I would go to the trouble of returning it over the mismatch, so 4 stars seems fair.I take time to write honest reviews, whether favorable or not.

No good the glass is very thin feels like it’s going to break when I hold it I can bye a 5.00 dollar jar almost the same at dollar store

It's attractive in appearance. I don't recommend using it as a juice jug.Handle very thin , I may use it as a vase
