Overall, this is a really good price for a beginning drum looking to add cowbell to their percussion kit. It is loud and definitely cuts through the mix. The mount can be used with other campana or cowbells too. The little striker is fun and can be used on lots of other instruments to create a light, softer sound than heavier sticks and mallets. I’m glad I got this because all us drummers know that we need to have as many noisemakers as possible so we can be ready for any musical situation or recording. Bang on fellow drummers and get this deal on a cowbell!

I'm no expert drummer and I have a semi-pro drum set. I thought about getting a cowbell and this was available. It's not the best sounding cowbell and sharp on the edges but it's ok for my cheap drumset. I think though if I was to pay top dollar for a professional drum set, then this wouldn't be the cowbell for me. So for my drumset and for the time being. This works ok.

If you have a lack of cowbell, look no further than the Lnrueg Cowbell with Mount and Mallet.Ok, in all seriousness I'm a beginning drummer and have been slowly adding more pieces and percussion elements to my kit. I enjoy playing many genres of rock and funk and there are songs where it's simply a must to add the cowbell.I'm very happy with the size and quality of this cowbell, although I wish the sound was a little more crisp. It has more sustain that I anticipated, and offers a sharp, piercing "PLUNG" sound. I'm hoping with a little dampening that I can achieve a sharper "PLUNK" sound. Like I said, it doesn't quite match up to the cowbell sound in my head, but maybe with a bit more creativity I can achieve the sound I'm looking for without breaking the bank. I was really happy that this cowbell comes with a decent quality mount and had no issue installing it on my kick drum. Great for the price!

It was very easy to install, it was the product I wanted, my son said it was a good clock, he was very happy.
