These are not as sturdy as we are used to. They are thin, but they do the job. I just don't know how long they will hold up.

They seem a bit thin for restaurant use. I have a couple of Rubbermaid polycarbonate commercial food bins that feel thicker and they come with lifetime warranties so feel more comfortable using them to store food in the freezer. One useful trick with most things is to knock on all side of it to hear if there's a pinging or thud type sound. The latter usually means thicker.I'm returning these.
