These D-rings arrived in a box with two bags. One bag had all the hardware including mounting hardware. They included wood screws 24mm and nut/bolt/washer setup M6-1.0 24mm long. For secure mounting I would recommend finding m6 or 1/4" lock washers, M6-1.0 nylock nuts, or loctite to prevent them from rattling off, especially if you plan to mount on a vehicle or trailer.The D-rings are 2 pieces, the ring and the 6-hole mounting bracket. They come with black finish that seems fairly durable as the survived shipping in the bag without chipping the finish. Holes in the bracket are decent without any noticeable burrs or cut/poke hazards from manufacturing.I would not load these to the limt because the 3500 lb breaking limit and 3500 lb load limit leave little safety factor for dynamic load stress if you push it to the limit. I plan to use them for 7.5" gauge ride-on trains that weigh around 300 lbs, so a set of these should be plenty strong to hold one piece of rolling stock in place with plenty of safety factor.

Thick plate with a solid feeling D ring. Has a black coating that looks great and helps against corrosion. They include a bag or 2 style screws/bolts & nuts plus washers for you to attach as desired. Installations is simple just measure where you want it, mark holes then drill them so you can attach it with screw or bolt. Work well and hold true. If you over tighten you prevent ring from swiveling. I've paid $5 for one of these before so I find it to be a great deal. Thickness and quality are just as good as past bought tie down anchors so they should last as long. Going on 10yrs with past one bought. Pleased with quality.

These are really nice tie down D rings that are super solid and heavy duty. They come with a ton of screws and nuts and bolts, not surprising since each have six holes. But when you are done, you'll have a bunch of screws or nuts and bolts left over depending on how you attach these. Nice matte finish, well made, and nice easy action on the rings when installed (no binding).
