I put them into cement to tie down a travel trailer. They seem to work quite well.

As others have said, the screws that come with the these D Rings are cheap, broke several during my first trip. The bolts are fine (M6x1.00 in case you are wondering like i was) but i did need to get M6x1.00x50mm long bolts to go thru the boards on my utility trailer, and i got lock nuts as well. The nuts and washers that came with the rings were fine, but when you are securing something that has vibration (like a trailer) you should have lock nuts; my opinion, they should have come with the kit. D rings seem to be good quality. Over all, for the price, its a good buy, just keep in mind you may need to get alternate hardware depending on the project.

I added these to the wooden deck on my trailer. 3 per side. Using them as tie-downs for my mini excavator. The mini weighs approximately 1900 lbs. I did use lag bolts to install. I think you will be pleased with this product.

These D rings were a perfect fit for my needs. I needed to add some tie downs to my trailer for my golf cart and ranger. These rings were the answer to my problem and were easy to install. I used some bigger deck screws for added support and that worked for me as well.

Not bad. But during install 2 of the screw heads broke off before I even got them tightened down. The bolts are too short to go through a 2x on my trailer bed. So, a trip to the hardware store for bolts.

These are HEAVY DUTY tie downs. I put a piece of 1/4 inch aluminum stock under the sides of the pickup bed where I put these tie downs. You will never have to worry about these breaking or pulling out.
