A great variety of watercolor brushes to do detailed work. These probably won't last long considering the price is so low, but for now they are really working well to paint miniature paintings. so glad I gave these a try

I am using these for acrylic painting portraits of animals. These are perfect for small details and seem like pretty decent quality, haven't had any shedding or other issues. Glad I found these, way cheaper than buying brushes at the art store.

I have experimented with both the black and wooden handled variety of these brushes.PROS1. Each set comes with two packs of brushes, so you get two of each of six different brushes. It works perfectly for me because it allows me to use one set for inks and one set for paints.2. These fine bristled paint brushes are for detail, and they are perfect for that. The bristles are surprisingly good quality for the price you pay for these. The bristles are rigid enough to take paint and paint fine details while still being flexible – exactly as they should. The bristles are held tightly, so no shedding.3. The brushes come with protectors for the bristles and in boxes that make them easy to label and store.4. The handles are made of wood, and are marked with the brush size. They have a triangular hold, which I am ambivalent about. The triangular hold gives you a lot of control over the brush and prevents slipping; it was good with the round brushes, but I was slightly aggravated by it with the flat brush because when I wanted to change angles, I could not just roll the brush easily in my fingers.CONS1. None

I've used tons of brushes for mini painting, from high end sable hair brushes to cheap bulk penny brushes, and this set is a nice, in-between. Its cheap, very affordable, the design is solid enough, some people don't like the bulky handles, I like them sometimes, but not all the time. They're supposed to be ergonomic and comfortable to hold, so that's up to personal preference. The performance is pretty good though. The key feature here is the price, so these tips do wear out, but since you have so many, you can simply swap in a new brush. As for regular base coating, these are fine. The texture on the handles is a little rough, the paint they use has a gritty matte finish. I usually have handles with a glossy polished texture, so this gets some getting used to.At the end of the day, its a cheap set of brushes. They work well for a while, but wear down. All brushes wear down eventually, so this should come as no surprise. Overall, there are a few little nitpicks with it, but they are a good set of brushes. Not great, but far from terrible, so I do recommend.

I’m not a real “artist” but I’m someone who has tried several coloring pens, brushes and markers so I have seen a variety in this category. I ordered these because of the flat portion on the handle because I thought it would be very nice to hold while I’m painting small details, which turned out to be absolutely true. That part is so comfortable to hold, the brushes became a favorite for the past month due that feature. In terms of the brush part, it’s VERY soft. The bristles are neither “too bendy” or “too stiff”, it’s kind of in the middle where it has the right amount of bendiness and stiffness. You get a variety of sizes (all small tho) as well as tip shapes so they’re very versatile. All in all, given that they’re basically dirt cheap (price-wise) yet give you a comfortable grip, & lots of size varieties I give them 5 stars because they make detail painting so easy to do. I’m not a professional artist, I paint as a hobby so I can’t compare these to professional brushes.

I ordered this mini brush set to use for nail art and small crafts. I am very impressed with how well made this set is. The YFLLN brand miniature paint brushes are great for any small detail painting or crafts. This brush set is made very well with great, full-length handles and zero shedding thus far. I have been using these brushes for both nail art and small crafts that require a detail brush. I love that the packaging labels the included sizes, and each brush has the corresponding size painted onto the handle for easy reading. The handles are made very well being both sturdy and ergonomic with the grip design. I have slight carpal tunnel thanks to my years of small crafting, thus the design of these brush handles is perfect to help keep a steady grip but not causing extra pain from use. I can easily create small, lovely designs using these brushes and have not experienced any fall-out yet.I would definitely recommend this brand and set of brushes. They are very affordable while also being a high quality brush set. I will be ordering from this brand again when the time comes!

This set of 6 paintbrushes comes with 6 sizes: 5/0, 3/0, 0, 2, 4 and a 2 angle. They have a lightweight wood handle with a flat spot at the grip which makes them comfortable to hold and prevents them from rolling around.I tested each with gouache on attached photo. They hold a decent amount of paint and come to a fine point. One cosmetic issue is that the 5/0 brush has the size printed in the wrong spot, it is partly on the curved part of the grip instead of centered on the flat spot like the others. The sizes are printed on the wood and not engraved. The ferrules are secure without feeling any sort of wiggly movement on any of them. They arrived packaged in a white branded paper box with each tip having a protective plastic tube on it and each brush wrapped in a sleeve of plastic (this last being an unnecessary waste). On first impression, these seem like a good, inexpensive option for detail work. As seen in the photo, I'm not sure all these sizes are needed, as I got to nearly the same fine lines on the larger ones as the smaller, and the larger ones hold more paint. If I had only one. The #2 angle brush is very versatile and still produces fine lines and points depending on the angle you are using the brush.
