As I eat a lot of quail eggs i was always wasting so much when cracking Not anymore Someone recommended these and WOW they work Great No more spills and Mess. I I get to enjoy the whole egg.

These work great for cutting the quail eggs open. These are safer to use than cutting them open with a serrated knife. I like the number of scissors you get in the set. I gave a pair away with every carton of eggs. They are vey sharp so be careful while cleaning them. They are easy to clean and a good value for the money. They are the perfect size and fit nicely in the front of my silverware drawer.

Makes opening quail eggs so much easier even after using the knife tap technique. Sometimes the scissors would crush more than cut though. Good value for the quantity. I like putting together a basket of eggs with a pair of these for our neighbors and friends. Makes it special to get such little eggs.
