An example of the 'offness' of the template sizes: Template square marked 6" is actually 5 15/16th, inner area is 5" and the edge marking -typically used for selvedge marking- is 1/2" instead of the quilting standard of 1/4". Each of the templates is off a similar amount. Didn't really see anything that would create a "non-slip" quality for these either. Would be okay for cutting scrappy squares, but if you are looking for accuracy, keep looking. (Note: in rereading actual description, measurements are in centimeters, although product itself is marked in inches).

Good, thick acrylic as you'd expect to buy at a quilt shop!
