These came as described. Some assembly required. Had to watch the video a few times but these turned out great. They area durable and hold up to the wind. Highly recommend and I will order them again.

This came with no assembly instructions, but I was able to find out how to assemble it on the web. The pinwheels are attractive and will spin for a few revolutions if you blow hard on them, but they will not spin on their own in 10-15 mph winds because of the friction. This defeats the purpose of an outdoor pinwheel.

There was no instructions for how to put them together. They do not look anything like the pictures.

Make sure to go slow when you assemble these, it’s not difficult, but if you get the petals in the wrong position it’s really difficult to get the centerpiece apart again. I suggest straighten them into a square before starting. I’m icing my hand after an accident pulling these apart with pliers. Very sturdy for such a light material. I pulled on those petals hard to get the yellow piece apart again ha ha
