The price is quite a bit less that most Lindy Thill Replacement Batteries types. However, the quality isn't the same. As with other batteries of this type, the top needs to be pushed in to engage the lithium battery with the bulb. The problem with these batteries comes when pulling the bulb back up to disengage the light. There is no crimp to prevent the light from coming off of the battery, so most upward tugs on a bulb end with you completely separating the light bulb from the battery.When using this battery you are obviously fishing at night. It is very frustrating to have the bulb slip off and then, in the dark, try and correctly re-attach the tiny, bead-sized bulb with its fine wire. All six of the replacement batteries I tried had the same issue. The battery-to-bulb connection is also VERY sensitive, Once the light disconnection is successful, the unit can't be bumped without having the light come back on. The lights are bright and the price is right, you just have to be willing to mess with the product more than you probably should.

I put these inside the top of my pole float for catfishing at night and they work great! Can see them very easily. Very simple to use. Press down on the color tab at top to light and pull it back up to turn them off so you can the life of the light. Don’t get any easier than that!

Five of the six red LED tops arrived loose and two had separated from their metal cylinders. In addition, the top of the sixth light had the opposite problem, it was pushed down completely (which turns on the light). Needless to say, that unit did not have any power left. So I only received five working units. Conclusion: the quality control on this product is non-existent. I am out $2.33 plus tax.

Got these to make lighted nocks for arrows. So the fact you can seperate the tops made it 10x easier. It's also a good idea to save battery. They all came in working and bright. I can't speak to it's battery life yet though.

Junk, do not buy. When you try to turn on the light by pulling on the top it separates from the body. Better quality lights do not do that, better off buying them from a sporting goods store and spending more. Also took over a month to get them
