This mirror and the perch is such great quality. The mirror is a nice large size and big enough for my cockatiel. It is her favorite thing in her cage. She loves to sit on the perch and look at herself. The colorful perch is so cute and she loves to pick at it and work hard to play with the strands. It was very easy to assemble and the perch part is flexible and easy to shape it to the right shape. Great product for a good price.

I have a parakeet, and she doesn't have anyone to talk to other than me, so if I'm busy she sits there and talks to the mirror and she'll sit there talking to it for A LONG TIME! It's easy to put together, it's the perfect size for her, looks perfect in her cage, doesn't chip or crack (my bird likes to chew), she loves to play with it, and I'm super happy I bought it!

My cockatiel Sweet Pea loves this mirror especially the rope perch. The breeder said to get this for her. She has them for all her baby cockatiels. It looks like it was a return because there was no plastic film over the mirror and some scratches on it. But I kept it as I’m sure she will peck at the mirror and make more scratches. She sleeps on the perch all the time.

The mirror is a very nice acrylic, the mirror side is perfect. My Sun Conure is very leary about new things in her cage, but after a week, I have caught her staring into it and moving back & forth in a silly way. I bought the mirror because her cage buddy passed & I hoped this would make her feel not as alone.

So my original review was one star, as the first order arrived missing hardware to install it.The replacement arrived today. It was in a perfect box and well packaged - and had all of the parts in SEALED plastic bags inside.This showed me that what arrived here initially was a used return. With bird flu prevalent now, that brings concern.

The screw holes are larger than the screw heads themselves making attaching the metal hangers impossible. The mirror itself, the edges aren’t smooth and were a little jagged. The bells included have sharp edges and the chimes inside are shabbily attached. I would never recommend this.

While i did not necessarily want the mirror i find these perches really well built and i like the locking part from the back. My cockatails love these perches and they always fight over them. Well built as i have had them for over 6 months now and there still sturdy.
