First time buying a springform pan. Great quality. Easy to use and clean. Take apart and put in dishwasher. I’ve had o leakage problems. Makes a nice cheesecake. Would buy again

I use this pan along with another 10†spring form pan I have…for my fabulous rich chocolate cheesecake cake on top of chocolate cheesecake cake.As with any spring pan..use parchment paper on bottom and sides. Plus form aluminum foil around spring pan and place on baking sheet with ice around the spring pan.The spring pan works great…glad to have it. Remember..this is a 10†spring pan. And it bakes a massive cheesecake or a massive cake.As far as spring pans go…this pan is AOK!

My wife has made 2 cheesecakes since purchasing and no problem with sticking. Good quality material and the size is perfect.

I use this pan to make a pie inside of a cake can't take a picture we eat it up so quickly mmmmm
