For my RV had had to place a shrink wrap sleeve over my cable before installing the plug, a good thing to check. The plug seems to be very well made and makes excellent contact with the fitting on the tow vehicle.

This is great for when you pull a trailer that uses the 5 pin connector, and your vehicle has the round 7 pin and/or flat 4 pin connector.

Although the product seems to be sturdy the Amazon web site state once again that it could be delivered on Monday and once again they were late. I even had a Amazon truck sitting outside my house in the street for over ten minutes only to later report it was undeliverable. Seems to be very common as of late. So much for Prime membership.

Love the waterproofing feature of this. Just make sure the collar for the waterproof feature is slid over the wires before connecting wires to the plug. Comes with nice wiring diagrams too. Easy

I've used this with my Volkswagen Atlas SE Cross Sport 2020 to tow an older utility trailer with a 4 pin flat blade harness adapter. It worked very well converting from my 7 Pin Round port.

Good price with a good item, there is an instruction inside so easy to install. but the Screws are not good, after two days it rusts， hope I can take it off when I need to replace it when the plug is broken.
