I bought one of these off another site as an upgrade/reinforcement for my 700R4/4L60. It's a used center support, was never de-burred, never cleaned, the OD of the step was .075" larger than the pocket in the back of the plate, it was .025" thinner than my original / .055" thinner than a 1990 and up version, ........ and there are no custom selective/spacer plates to make up for the extra clearance you're going to end up with.If you buy it, I hope you're not in a hurry, only plan on using the plate and the bolts, have access to a machine shop and plan on buying a new ACDelco/GM center support like 24238101 and have it machined to fit the ring so it will clamp up on the 24200278 retaining ring.
