They work but the quality isn't as good. We tried 2 of them in different printers with the same results. IN each case we put one of our normal print heads back in and everything was nice and bold again. It is 100% an issue with these print heads. We bought 2 and both do this. We have 7 of these printers that run daily. Thought we could save some money. Guess you get what you pay for, and in this case we got less. I will be going back to our normal supplier. I do not recommend these if you need clear bold print.
