I bought the Fachioo 2.25 gallon gravity water filter to act as a second filtration for water out of a PUR faucet filter. So far I am extremely happy with it. It was very easy to put together. You *almost* don't need instructions it's so easy. Nonetheless, the instructions provided are clear and simple. Materials seem to be quality and up to snuff. I was especially excited when I unwrapped the filters and found that they were genuine Doulton filters! I had a sip of water and normally I'm not excited to drink it, even after going through the PUR filter, but after going through the Fachioo as well it tasted so good I felt like I could drink the whole glass (but I had to share with my wife so she could have a taste). The down side to this type of filter -- that has nothing to do with this brand / model, etc. it's just how this type of filter works -- is that it takes a long time to filter a sizeable amount of water. I waited quite a while just to get a pretty small glass of water to share with my wife. You can, if you wish, get two more candle filters (sold separately) as there is room for four individual filters inside but it only comes with two. Four filters don't filter the water any more, but it would filter the water twice as fast. We plan on having a large pitcher in the fridge plus keeping the Fachioo topped off to hopefully never run out of filtered water.For me this is an easy five stars. Getting Doulton filters alone at this price is worthy of five stars, but it also gets that for all the other reasons I mentioned above.

I waited about a year to give my review because I wanted to see the value over time. I had a few bad experiences with different pitchers as the water at my office is extremely hard even replacing the filters earlier than recommended there was a fishy taste in the water. This has been a great investment and a life saver as water tastes fresh and clean. I don’t really understand the bad reviews. Yes it takes some time to filter but in return you don’t have to be changing the filters frequently and dealing with bad water. I usually fill it with a gallon of water and a half and it last me for a few days I just try to set a reminder to add water on time not to ran out of filtered water. Installation was easy and appearance is very nice.

Just as good as the expensive Berkey brand filters but actually affordable! I had been waiting to buy one and finally decided to buy this one instead and I am very pleased with it the only thing was tightening the spigot so it wouldn't leak was a tad bit difficult but once done it has held water.

The product arrived and was found to have several significant dents in the upper, filter chamber. There has been no response from manufacturer for a month, after contacting them by email( discovered through google search) as no information to do so came with product.

Have been using this awhile. Was easy to assemble, enjoy it! I have well water, peace if mind now when drinking water which I do alot of.

Easy to assemble and use. I set mine up on the counter right next to my sink. Water tastes great so I drink a lot more than I did before. This kit is quite a bit cheaper than the one my neighbor has but works exactly the same way & uses identical filters. I am very pleased with it. Highly recommended.

UPDATE-This Modern looking gravity water filter I has exceeded my expectations. Apparently I had a Faulty valve/faucet. After the company saw my review they immediately contacted me and offered to send me a replacement spout. It must’ve been overnighted because the part arrived so quickly and it fixed my filter. So I am now a very pleased customer. Not only does the unit produce great tasting water there is a wonderful customer service team that backs their product 100%If you’re in the market for a wonderful water filter system- buy this one. You won’t regret it.I would give 10 stars if possible.

It looks good and made the terrible water in my apartment but waste good and stopped my kettle from getting clogged with calcium. I love it
