Bought this to create a random lunch generator at work for my team since we always struggle to decide on a place. It works, but the spin is not very smooth and we have to flick it multiple times to get it going and actually be random. If we don't multi-spin it it seems to want to stop after just a second or two even after loosening up the center screw. The black marker is also very hard to read on top of some of the darker colors of the wheel. They could have included both a white and black marker to help with this. The instructions were also a little bit confusing to figure out which part went where, but we got it figured out after a little bit of trial and error. Somehow we had parts leftover but it works so whatever.

With this wheel, it really is your imagination that is the limit. Those just so many uses. We’ve used it over the short time we’ve had it as a fun way for our kids to get rewards for being good. We’ve used it in a Sunday school class for you know who will read next. You can even use it as like a date night generator it’s a ton of fun. The wheel itself is easy to put together wipes clean either little residue. Let me be clear with that last statement any wipe clean or drag race marker is going to leave some residue.

This prize wheel works as advertised, and it's super easy to put together. I liked the fact that they used normal (phillips head) screws on it as opposed to the hex bolts you sometimes get with larger furniture-type products, and I also appreciated that the pointer is on a magnet, since it allows you to orient it in whatever direction makes the most sense to you.The reason I'm only rating this at 4 stars is that the colors on the wheel run the gamut from quite bright to quite dark, which makes it difficult to find a single color of marker that you can use to write with. If you use the provided white marker, the lighter squares are a challenge to read; if you use a Sharpie, it's the same story for the purple and maroon. If you're as fastidious as me, the obvious solution (using the white marker on some sections and Sharpie on the others) might bother you. Otherwise, it's a good prize wheel at a fair price.

Great table top prize spin wheel which I'll use as festival/events.- Good price value- Easy to assemble - included screw driver is a plus in my book- the screw holding on the spin plate has to be loose so that the plate can spin - could tighten for transport- white erasable marker works great- I haven't tried a dry erase marker, but expect that will work as well- I do wish I had an extra arrow magnet as it's likely to get misplaced - tho' it would be easy to create another via hand
