i like finding kits like these because you can handle a wide array of issues for connectors. this allows me to help others with their issue along with my primary need to repin my connectors on my old supra. good value in my books!

With some hot glue I saved a few hundred bucks since you can’t get Chrysler dodge jeep pins without ordering the entire harness and junk yards want retail. While the locking hole wasn’t the same that I needed because there are a million unique pins I made it work for a fraction of the price!

I received what I expected; the packaging was on the cheaper side… The dividers are cheap and don’t separate the terminals. The labeling is a bit confusing. I was able to get some use out of the terminals; surprising- with all the options, the one I actually needed was not included. That’s not the sellers fault.

I wasn't expecting all that much to be honest, but this kit delivered and seems to be fairly high quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pin release tools are pretty flimsy and the seals come in a separate container to the pins which I'd rather see combined and nicely organize the same way.That said, an awesome value.

The other Connectors are very Complicated and I don’t know what the Rubber Bands are for. I am just someone that likes working on Cars. I don’t know much about the Wiring.

I had to kinf of MacGyver one of these connections together multiple times using end type connections not designed for it. They work, but it never gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling that the connection will last whenever I do it. I ordered this kit and then the next time I had to adjust one of these connections it was a breeze!The end crimped correctly the first times, and the little seals it comes with created a sufficient moisture and dust barrier for the connection. The removal tools worked as they should, but if you are heavy handed like me they will bend slightly if not careful.

Over the years I have frequently struggled to remove defective pins from automotive connectors, and have had an even harder time finding some replacements.This kit came with a tremendous selection of pin types, covering all likely types you will encounter.The kit also importantly includes a wide assortment of pin removal tools making it extremely easy to remove pins without damaging the pin or casing (very useful when removing a plug to pass a wiring harness the a grommet of firewall).The pins are of typical automotive quality as used by original car manufacturers, so should have a long service life.Overall Verdict?Great kit for automotive enthusiasts and professionals alike; I recommend this product.

I honestly would have been happier without the tweezers as the addition of the tweezers in the case made it possible for the pins to get mixed up and they are incredibly hard to tell the difference from one pin tot he next.As far as the pins these are good, easy to crimp with the proper crimper yet not too soft that they bend on install or use. If you don't have a proper crimper you can make a pair of plyers and or needle nose work in a pinch. If you do any amount of re-pinning get yourself a proper crimper.The tools are a decent assortment for the average DIY'er that will get the job done most times. They are by no means a strong professional grade tool they will easily bend and aren't super comfortable for big hands but again they get the job done and all in all is a nice complete set for most common pin types.

I couldn't be happier to get my hands on this set of connector terminals, because over this winter I plan to make a complete custom body wiring harness for my road race car, and now i have all the terminals I need to put that plan into action. It even comes with the tiny terminal seals! This is everything I need to completely redo a wiring harness all in one package.I can see the utility of including the terminal tools as well, but honestly, I already have a set and never use them, I always end up using a straight or 45 degree pick, or a pocket screwdriver. That being said, it certainly doesn't hurt that they're included.It's maybe an odd thing to be excited about, but I didn't realize you could just grab a huge set of terminals like this on Amazon for $40, so I am excited about it. This just made my life a lot easier.

The ML&SL Car Electrical Wire Terminals arrived shrink wrapped which should have kept them sorted in the divided box. Unfortunately, they also put the tweezers in the box, creating a space between the dividers and the lid. So by the time they arrived some of the sections were empty and the sections at the other end were overflowing with a mixture of terminal sizes.By eye, it is almost impossible to judge the sizes, they look much the same. So it was not possible to match make and female parts of the same size. Or, if you are looking for replacements of a certain size, you can't run along the line looking for the right size. You have to dump a bunch out and then compare them.The terminals themselves are fine and they crimp well. They are great for replacing wire harnesses with plugs that have worn. This is a good selection for any home mechanic wanting to have a supply on hand.Perhaps yours will arrive in their proper compartments and be useful.

This set would have saved me a lot of time and hassle on my car’s MAF sensor harness repair after a mechanic tore the wires out of the plug by accident and taped it back together. Includes the release tools, new grommets, and a good selection of micro connectors for many different modular plugs. Great set to have on hand if you do any amount of automotive repair. You’ll need a crimp tool to do it properly though, sold separately.
