The New Testament Book of Revelation refers to a mystery of seven golden lampstands representing seven churches . The messages to the seven churches from Jesus Christ found have at least four applications: (1) a local application to the specific cities and believers in the church; (2) to all the churches of all generations; (3) a prophetic application unveiling seven distinct phases of church history from the days of the apostle John until today; (4) a personal application to individual believers who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying.
Symbolism
According to Clement of Alexandria and Philo Judaeus, the seven lamps of the golden menorah represented the seven classical planets in this order: the Moon, Mercury, Venus, the Sun, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.

The menorah is described in the Bible as the seven-lamp (six branches) ancient Hebrew lampstand made of pure gold and used in the portable sanctuary set up by Moses in the wilderness and later in the Temple in Jerusalem. Fresh olive oil was burned daily to light its lamps. The menorah has been a symbol of Judaism since ancient times and is the emblem on the coat of arms of the modern state of Israel.

Nicely shapen and usable for decoration. However way to small for use as chandeliers, due to it's poor quality and small size.I would suggest several other brass chandeliers for this price

After studying the Bible I really wanted to get a menorah for my home this is perfect size not too big not too small for my liking. The details are similar as the one in the Tabernacle. The only problem I have is finding candles to fit correctly.

Very Beautiful as a shelf decoration, but I was hoping for a full size. My fault…i should have more closely at the size in description. This would be the size my daughter would use on her doll’s tea table. I gave it 5 stars because beyond the small size it is very lovely.
