The product works as expected. The only issue is there are no installation instructions. Separation of the old one from the display takes time. Using a exacto knife and a heat gun did the trick, though I did break the old glass. Cleaning the old glue off the display frame was also a hassle. None the less, this did not take all that long to install and is significantly cheaper than the dealer!

This screen worked perfectly for my 2019 Chevy Duramax LTZ. There was a phantom/ ghost that continually changed my radio stations like crazy. It is a common problem with these factory GM screens. I watched a very helpful YouTube video and ordered this screen from Amazon. I installed the product and couldn’t be happier. Took about a hour for this non tech savvy guy. Perfect fit for 2017 Chev 2500. The glass is more reflective than the factory one but I think it looks nicer somehow. Actually wasn't as hard as I thought to install, other than removing the glass from the metal trim piece and getting the old adhesive off. If I did again I would see if that thin metal trim piece could be bought and then it would be very easy to do. The new glass touch screen come with the new adhesive on it.

Fixed the Issue with random changing stations and half the screen not even working. Getting old digitizer off was the hardest part but this one worked perfectly. Very Satisfied. Would definitely Recommend.

My radio was flipping the stations while I was jamming to Kshe bought this fine piece of ufo window and replaced it on my ghetto blaster in my pick em up truck and we’re back to jammin bro!

Well to start off the old screen was not as easy to remove as indicated. However once we figured out how to get it off. This new screen went on fine. It fixed the issue we were having with half if the radio not working. Now we can use the whole radio and all the functions again. Withouth having to buy a whole new stereo or leave it at the dealership to figure it out.

Screen did the job. Watched youtube to see how. Whole process toke about 20 minutes. Hope it will last, but if I need to I won't wait as long the next time and growl at my truck for months.
