  • TEMPERATURE TOLERANCE - This roof boot is made of a man-made EPDM rubber and tested to withstand temperatures up to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. These boots also hold up well against ozone, UV rays, and other outdoor elements.
  • FLEXIBLE BASE - The metal roof vent boot is made with an aluminum base that conforms to any style of corrugated roofing material. Simply adjust the base to fit the shape of the metal surrounding the vent pipe and fasten it using the stitch screws.
  • TIGHT SEALING - This metal roof pipe flashing boot kit also includes a tube of urethane sealant from NovaFlex that creates a tight seal between the roof vent pipe boot and the metal sheet.
  • EASY INSTALLATION - Designed with clear diameter marks on the rubber for easy identification and cutting to fit around your roof pipe. Ideal for water heaters roof pipes, and other metal roof vents.

Manufactured from EPDM rubber, the RoofjackSQ is compounded for maximum resistance to ozone, UV light, and temperature extremes.

The flexible aluminum base will allow the flashing to conform to any metal roof configuration. Pipe location can be centered in the flat of the panel or the rib. Urethane sealant and self-drilling screws complete the installation.

I have a weird situation needing to seal a pipe inserted in a chimney by a previous home owner to the top of the chimney. This is better made, more stretchy and robust, and very flexible product. It serves this purpose so much better than I had hoped it might. Really very simple and clean solution to a complicated problem.

Item is either defective or does not work. I had a professional install my chimney/wood stove And this just won’t stay put and in place No matter how much sealant he used. Had to throw it away and replace it. Huge waste of time and money
