These are nice quality hotel pans. I have used them in my smokers for variety of purpose. Used one as my water pan to keep the cooking chamber humid. Another to warm up my mop sauce. I don't have to worry about not having enough on hand since this kit provides several. They are not thin and flimsy as I have had foil pans fold in half on me from heat and weight of liquids from the smoker. Messy, dangerous and not good! But these hotel pans get rid of those issues for me. 5 stars!

I'm so happy with this item . I was not expecting 8 large containers, because I expected it to be small sized. They're made out of a great durable stainless steel just like the ones that are used in restaurants.I would recommend this item

I absolutely love these, they fit perfect in our counter depth fridges, nice and deep and quality. I love storing homemade yogurt in them, leftover soup, avocados in water, as well as dry whole grain before grinding in the pantry!
