These jaw exercisers arrived very well packaged, and I’m impressed so far! I’m currently using the first resistance level, and you can definitely feel your jaw muscles activate while using it. With consistency and time, I can see this really helping to define the jawline. Highly recommend for anyone looking to tone their jaw muscles!

Pros:It kind of works.Multiple colors for multiple days.Cons:None.Other thoughts:I honestly do not see much difference after using this for 2/3 weeks, but according to my wife, she can see a difference. So up to you if it works or not.

This #8-piece jaw exerciser is really good especially with the four resistance levels. I really like it and I'm praying that it does some good to my jaw because it's more so of a little bit of a double chin starting to happen and it's mostly from age. Although I do like this and how it feels my jaw is a little sore in between I thought about having some chewing gum around but this right here does it and more and it doesn't feel uncomfortable to my teeth as well. So I'm already starting to feel a little bit more firmness around my chin and jaw line and we'll see what progresses but so far this is actually really great and the four resistance levels is a great package overall with some good value. The performance has been easy to use so far especially with a different levels and as I mentioned before the fits is pretty well inside of my mouth as well so it's not anything uncomfortable . The performance is key because obviously I needed to work from my double chin that's trying to form and I can't do anything about it and I'm trying to avoid surgery so this is definitely the next best step , Cheers 🥂 to your journey with this as well! This set comes with 8 pieces of different levels of jaw exercisers. They were packaged very well and come with plastic cases for carrying/travel/sanitary purposes. I started with the lightest resistance and I could feel my jaw getting sore after some time. It will definitely take working up your resistance to see the full effects.

I've chewed Falim gum to exercise my face, so I expected the jaw exerciser to be roughly equivalent. Wrong! Much tougher, jaw muscles were sore for several days afterwards. The jaw exercisers are not so thick as to cause jaw joint discomfort, there are 4 strengths, and I can't envision anyone using the highest strength (black), given the first two strengths are more than adequate. They are tough...I've used for several hours, and they still look new. I would recommend for exercising the face.

I suck my jaws in while squeezing this between my lips, as recommended by a face yoga instructor I follow. The exercise is designed to lift your cheekbones and tighten all of the muscles around the mouth.It's perfect for that and I don't worry that I'll end up with a strong, square jawline like the guy in the product picture.The recommendation is three times a week for two minutes and so far, I'm three uses in.The set of four boxed tools includes 40, 45, 50 & 55 pounds of resistance. They all feel the same the way I'M using them, though.And since they are food-grade silicone, they didn't off gas and there's no taste. Great product for me, and a great value.
