These are great for adding stake pockets to my harbor freight trailer. The trailer came with some, but not enough to cover all the areas that I wanted them. These fit the rails perfectly (though I had to drill new holes in the frame) and they sit 2x4s nicely. I really like that these are pass-through pockets (no lip on the bottom) as I sometimes run short rails on the trailer and I can just lower them all the way down in the pockets when I'm not using them so they are out of the way. They feel pretty strong and hold the rails securely, but I wouldn't use them to strap down a load as that's not what they're designed for. Overall they are a great addition to my trailer and I am happy with the quality.

These are heavy duty brackets with holes for attaching and one for securing the 2x4. No screws or bolts included. I give them a buy recommendation.
