Arrived as stated in 3 boxes, each box has a label with product number ending in A, B, C. It’s possible all boxes arrive over a couple of days and not at the same time, despite only a single tracking. The items were well packed, organized and in perfect shape. All the items were labeled with small stickers and the assembling, while time consuming due to all the parts was a total breeze. The ratchet allen wrench was a great inclusion and time saver. The product is sturdy and well constructed, looks great in the yard. The only thing to note was the gray was cooler in tone than expected, the photos are actually accurate, I did expect a warmer gray. The customer service for the shipping info and support was awesome, responsive and friendly. Five stars!

Our sectional arrived in 3 very well packed boxes. I too experienced several pieces of plastic wicker falling on the floor as I was putting it together. I'm hoping it holds up, if not I will do an update. While it does sit a smidge low, it's not low enough to be uncomfortable. Cushions are very nice and I can see them lasting. Love the storage compartments. We live in the South so now and then hurricanes are an issue so cushions can be stored away. I'm guessing the 2 Black covers go over top of the cushions when stored to help keep them dry. We are very satisfied and looking forward to using this all the time on my screened in porch!!!

Definitely worth the money. It’s absolutely gorgeous! It did arrive in 3 separate boxes on 3 different days, but it was worth the wait. My husband said it was easy to put together and took about 2-3 hours. He said the directions were easy to understand. I’m so glad I ordered this set. Besides how large it is and it’s beautiful, I love the two storage areas to put the cushions for when it’s raining or windy. Don’t hesitate…buy it.

I’m not one to generally leave a negative review but wanted to share my experience with this furniture set.While the appearance is nice, the positives end there. The assembly took over three hours with two people. The plastic wicker material had begun breaking and shedding as soon as it was out of the box, the cushions are not comfortable and lack any way to be secured to the backing.Finally, my biggest grievance, is that this set comes with storage areas for the cushions. These two areas come with cheap covers that you have to slide on after each use. To my surprise, after a light rainfall, all of the cushions were completely soaked despite being covered in the storage areas. The cushion storage was one of the main reasons we purchased but clearly we were mislead.

Very sturdy set. Took awhile to put together about 4 hours and used a power drill . good value for the money. My only complaint is the wicker is a very nice gray and the cushions are a pinky gray.. So I will try to get Two. Throw pillows to coordinate the colors.

This sectional is cute. It’s not great for those with bad knees because it does sit a little low. The cushions are thin but still sit comfortably. I’m sure I’ll have to buy more next year. There were a few screws missing but we were able to find matching ones in our toolbox. Over it fits its cost.

Me dio cosa comprarlo porque el proveedor es extranjero. Me arrepentà cuando no llego a los 7 dÃas que venia anunciado como Prime. Tardo una semana más pero valió la pena la espera completamente. Lo arme junto con un amigo y nos tardamos unos 60 min, el instructivo viene muy a detalle como si fuera LEGO. Incluye una llave tipo matraca de metal pero pequeña, hace la chamba pero es muy tardado, use mejor un atornillador inalámbrico y lo armamos de volada. Solo un asiento venia ligeramente descuadrado al momento de unir dos piezas diferentes y los tornillos no coincidÃan con las perforaciones, pero no causo ningun inconveniente y a la vista ni se nota. Muy comodo, se me muy estetico y el color gris azulado de los cojines y las bases negras hacen muy buen contraste, MUY RECOMENDABLE!
