Three years later, it still shines brilliantly, adorning the top of my 7.5-foot tree.I bought it as a replacement after a star from another brand and seller lasted less than two days. This star is excellent, and each year it looks like new, working perfectly with not a single burnt-out bulb, even with heavy use—24/7 from November to January, every year.An excellent purchase, highly recommended to everyone!

The product is lightweight and fits well on the top branches of my artificial tree. It has an outlet connection that can go in the middle of strands of lights or in the connection spots of multiple pieces on pre-lit trees. The only thing that bothers me is that the cord and base that go onto the tree are white instead of green like most tree accessories, so they don't blend in, and you can see them on my tree.

Our Antique 1985 Star finally burnt out. I needed a replacement "retro" star. This star doesn't disappoint. It is very simple in just the right ways and looks like it could've been made in the 80's which is exactly what I was looking for.

Since day one the unit's lights would go out if you moved the wiring in a certain manner. But we needed a star and it had to stay, and we situated the plug-in wire in a position to keep it on. The issue is up inside the star itself. Then over the holidays, it kept going off and on randomly. You can not open the unit up to repair the broken connection. I am stuck with it as I waited too long to report it. It was very nice for the short time we had it. We would not buy it again.

I selected this particular silver tensile star, because the cone attachment, which allows you to mount the star atop the tree, is white/clear colored in the picture. However, my product arrived with a green cone. This color discrepancy matters because I have a white flocked tree, and now this amount stands out very obviously. I'm trying to cover this with bows, but things are not as I had intended, and again, does not match the item shown in the picture.Also, this does not appear to be very sturdy / well constructed as a couple of the plastic pieces that go around the bulbs have already fallen off as I was melting it on top of the tree.It will only probably last us one season. This is an example of "you get what you pay for". And expensive cost for a lesser quality item.
