It was a bit challenging to get the oem rivets off of the collar. Once that was over, I was done in less than an hour. Car starts and runs wonderfully.

This works great. It took my guy right around an hour to install and another 20ish minutes to change out the door and glove box locks. He said it fit perfectly and installed with relative ease, as easy as it could be replacing a whole ignition, The ignition is working like new again. It turns smooth and the key slides in and out with ease. I have seen reviews for other brands complaining about the alert beep staying on, this one did not have that problem. It will let you know if the doors are open, but will stop. It worked perfectly and the vehicle is back up and running. Save yourself some money and get this in.
