These disc work great and the last longer than the 3M discs as long as you don't hit something solid on the edges which is the only con, chunks will break off. I still think this was a great deal, they work well for me cleaning gaskets off engines, transmissions and differentials.

No problems with them,and they don't wear out too fast. All roll locks in this price range are somewhat short lived because they have a small surface area. I am using a air powered mini sander so I can't vouch for use with a drill, but they worked as needed with no breaking off at the plastic.

I bought this more for the backing pad than the pads the selves. The backing pad is well made, not top notch but itll hold up for a while. The pads are surprisingly sturdy. Mine out last the ones the job supplies.

The roll lock is handy. It's a little difficult to remove an old disk if you use them right down to the edge of the pad like I do but it's really not that big of a deal. I use them a lot.
