Great sharps container. Plenty of room for my diabetic pens they are bigger than the traditional needles. Will order again and love the pink color verses the traditional red.

I always thought these containers would be expensive so I never considered purchasing one - until I came across this one and saw how inexpensive it was. I have take meds with a 22g needle and standard retractable barrell. This works perfectly for that. Once the box is filled, I can dispose of the needles safely and all at once. The storage container is fairly large so I don't have to dispose of needles as often as I used to. This is helpful. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a sharps container. I don't know what regulations are at Dr's offices, but if it can be bought off amazon, this is where to get it.

Great product. I needed it for Lovenox syringes while I was on Lovenox for about 4 months. The container was full at the end of the 4 months, which was perfect. It was hard to find a container large enough for a few months worth of Lovenox syringes. The container did feel a little soft when I squeezed it, but it was definitely strong enough to safely contain the needles.

Huge capacity, secure, mailbox-type container for used syringes. Container is estimated to hold several hundred 1-cc syringes commonly used by diabetics. Once filled to capacity proper disposal of container is highly recommended - - - attempts to reuse could be hazardous to your health.

If you take any injections, insulin, hormones, or other medications, you should really have a dedicated sharps container. In some places, any hard puncture-resistant container, like a plastic bleach bottle, is permitted. But inquisitive minds might open one to see what's rattling around on the inside. Your safely stored sharps and biohazard items are no longer safely stored. Using a proper sharps container, like this one, helps to satisfy the inquisitive mind. If the red color and biohazard stickers aren't enough, you can see contents through the translucent plastic.The mail-slot cover works nice, just drop your syringe, needle, etc. in the slot and gravity pulls it in. When it's time to seal it up, the slot securely fits in the tabs. Some municipalities will accept this as regular trash, others require special disposal.
