Step1.
Soften The Tires, Before installation, you need to put the full honeycomb tire in boiling water for 20 minutes to soften it. Or put it in the microwave for 3 minutes to heat it, but in 3 times of 1 minutes of duration.
Step2.
Cover the inside of the tire with soapy water or Vaseline (please avoid using the gasoline or lubricating oil, otherwise the tire will be damaged).
Step3.
Place either side of the hub on the tire and step on this side (It is recommended to place another tire under this tire).
Step4.
Use the professional tire levers (or work with screwdriver)to make the hub enter the tire.

As many other people have said, these are very difficult to install but that is true with all similar products. I placed mine in the microwave for 2 minutes which softened the rubber up. Since the tire and room are so small it is difficult to wedge it under your foot to pry the other end. What I did was to use a several sets of clamps to effectively squeeze the tirearound the rim. Still difficult to do, but it was successful. Make sure to use a lot of lubrication on the inside of the tire and the rim. I used dishwashing detergent.

The installation of the tires was very hard and the wheels are super stiff so it’s hard to get them on. .However the tires ride great and increased the scooter speed by 3 miles an hour.
