first of all, this was shipped so fast. like almost a week before the estimated date.I have a 70lb Doberman who's very jumpy and an escape artist + 60lb korean jindo dog. They both fit and can move around well! sturdy and easy to put together (I'm a 20 something old F, took me about an hour by myself). the finish looks very nice as well. I'll see if my opinion changes with time but for now I'm very satisfied

I bought these kennels for my two dogs (28lb and 35lb mixes), to replace two old, typical wire kennels. They were simple to assemble but definitely easier with two people. The first kennel was in excellent shape, but the other's front door latch appeared welded on crooked (and a bit damaged) and the rod on the door would not fit into the barrel on the frame -- so the door couldn't be latched closed. Sort of defeats the purpose of kenneling your dog, right?I sent a message to the email on the manual explaining the problem, along with photos of the good latch on the first kennel compared to the bad latch on the other. Just like the note on the manual states, I got a reply within 24 hours, and after a few more details, was sent a replacement door. Got the door within a week and installed it, and the rod lines up with the barrel perfectly. Now my dog can't escape and terrorize the house! So seriously, if there is any damage or issue, email them. Thank you, Cindy, for all your help.In general, the kennels look more like furniture than kennels, and I like the table tops that I can use for displaying plants and other things. The bars seem much sturdier than the old wire kennels (which, over the years, both dogs had bent and/or destroyed in random but thankfully infrequent fits of rage). Hopefully they will last for many years to come!

These are beautiful and sturdy pieces of furniture, that are extremely functional and can be arranged in multiple ways. The size is great for any medium or large dog (pictured are my AmStaff and Heeler mix, but I also have a giant Malamute Husky mix -100lbs, a Husky, and a Pit Bull, and they all fit comfortably).I did have a problem with one of the spring latches that got unscrewed and fell inside the frame of the crate. However, I contacted their customer support directly and they went above and beyond to solve my problem. Not only they sent me extra latches (twice), but they followed up with me all the way until I received the latches - this was after UPS lost or “delivered†the first package to the wrong place, and then delayed the delivery of the second package after envelope with the latches was damaged and UPS had to repackage it.In the end the package was delivered, and to avoid the spring latch from unscrewing and falling again, I added a tad bit of glue before screwing it together - which I recommend everyone do (see pics).All in all, great product and superb customer support - shout out to Celia who helped me throughout the ordeal :)

Latch quality is a bit disappointing for as much as you pay. Bought July 2024 and one latch is completely nonfunctioning and I feel another latch is starting to not function properly. Otherwise, so far it seems well built.

I bought this because it was the only dog crate big enough to hold my German Shepherd and my husky, giving them enough room to stretch. I love that I can put this together long ways, L shape or even as two separate cages. The metal bars seem to be strong enough to keep my dogs contained. The only thing I worry about is the bottom wooden piece. I do fear that if they start digging, they could potentially dig a hole but as of right now, they love their new cages and they sleep soundly in them. I also have to add that this thing was super easy to assemble. I built the whole thing in about an hour and a half by myself. No extra tools needed. Everything comes with it!

So far so good! It looks really nice, we wanted a mostly metal cage since our dogs like to chew on wood. Once we put there beds and blankets in they instantly went in. We have a Great Dane and an English Mastiff and there is a lot of room for them both! The metal cage is sturdy but the locks I am not too sure about. I am worried if they rough house they could bend the metal piece holding the lock. I think It was definitely worth it, it saves so much room now!
