Bought one for a damaged 3090 fan. It fitted perfectly and is working fine. Buyers must be aware that each 3090 fan has a different power cable length, depending on fan position in the card. So before buying, check the images to make sure you're buying the right one

There is a list of things wrong with this fan. 1 - The large E on the hub is a sticker. The E on my 3080 FTW fans are embossed. Also the E on the sticker is white. The embossed E is silver. 2 - It's the wrong part number. This fan ends in 12H. The fan in my 3080 ends in 12HH. 3 - It won't turn a constant rpm. It speeds up and then stops over an over. When I set the fans to a constant 60%, the other two fans turned 60%. This one sped up to 60% and then slowed to a stop over and over. 4 - the fan cable is the wrong length. I bought the C fan with the shortest cable and blue plug. The fan I received had the blue plug but the cable was approximately 4 inches too long. I didn't try it but I'm pretty sure it was long enough to mount in the B (center) position. Suffice it to say I will be returning the fan.

Spilled a bunch of soda on my card which miraculously survived outside of one fan that was making a strange noise this was a perfect fit.
