Worked great on a 99 Tahoe with the 5.7 Vortec with Pacesether Longtime Headers that have a 3/8" Thick Flange. Paired great with some remflex 2011 gaskets to seal my leak up. And keep it sealed. I only had to make one modifcation to one of the locking clips to get it to fit correctly. Well designed though

This product is well made. Definitely tightens the headers with no leaking. Some do require modification and I liked that information was included to do the modification.

These are the best bolts you can get for your headers and to all the people complaining about the lock washers not fitting its because you need to shave it down to fit in between some of your header tube all i did was take a drimmel and grind the flat side down until it fit just as simple as that

work great, torqued once on initial install have not backed out in many heat cycles and hard use. couldn't use 2 because of brackets on the passenger side but not the end of the world.

For the price these bolts should include extra locking tabs and circlips. The hex in the locking tabs should be offset 30 to 45 degrees so they can be flipped for a different alignment options. These would be a decent value at half the price but for $70 if you make a mistake on one tab you're going to have one bolt that could still back out. I had to grind every tab to get them installed on a 400 stroker due to the orientation of the hex in the locking tabs. The concept is good but the engineering is lacking. If they ever have to be removed it's unlikely you'll ever get the same bolt orientations and the tabs will all likely be scrap making thes bolts no more useful than a $30 set. I will probably take some other route next time but I had to try them once to form a hands on opinion. I give them three stars for the aforementioned reason. Would be four if they included additional locking tabs and circlips at a cost of a few cents. Someone made the decision to maximize profits over value to the customer.

On any headers these work best if prior to installing the locking devices, you tighten them down every time you go out for a drive. I do it until they no longer tighten. That's the gasket your compressing. I did it about ten times/drives conducted on different days. Then the header wont leak. The fasteners work as they say they do, they do not loosen!
