Aside from the flanges being a bit oversized, the flanges could have been a mm smaller. Adequate for the job.

So I checked all bearing to make sure they were good before my build and once done I started to print. After 3 hours my prints went south and couldn't figure out why! So after trying to figure out the issue for a few hours I decided to take it apart and found out that one of the new bearings had failed and came apart. Who would have ever thought that it would happen so I replaced everything and 4 hours into it again same thing checked bearings again and again 1 more failed so I have 2 failed in less then 10 hours of printing.bad luck?? Who knows but it's pretty sad!

Problems with GT2 Belt fit. And, the bering shaft is minutely recessed so when bolted in they don't spin freely. The shafts need to be slightly wider than the wheel housing in order to work properly. MIGHT be all right for a specifit 3D printer, but I am building a custom project and this is a fail. Sending them back.

I wanted toothless pulleys. Even the package they came in said toothless but they have teeth. I really wanted toothless but they will work so I am not returning them.

when using these i found that when going around corners the gear teeth do not fully mesh correctly causing vibrations on my belts

The teeth on these pulleys do not mesh smoothly with g2 belts! I checked everything on my setup to find the source of the "zipper" noise they made. the belt was not fully seating in the teeth at all. I swapped them out with better pulleys and that was the issue. These are not quality parts!
