Instruction:
1. Place chuck arbor in machine to be used ; Tighten expanding screw so that arbor expands 0.005" ;
2. Machine arbor to length and size required ; Loosen expanding screw. Position part on arbor and tighten expanding screw

The product seems to small for what the sizes are supposed to be. The 5/8 one won't open enough to hold anything drilled with a 5/8 bit.
