I like this product, the quality seems to be good on everything except the fittings where you attach it to the cylinder. It may be my particular car being hard to access the spark plug hole but it's very hard to get tightened and then taken back out. Overall it is a quality yet low priced product.

Works as it should. i did a video on it. Worked perfect on the 1.5L GM. Which is a smaller Spark plug. Make sure you warm the engine up before testing for best results.

The adapter threads are the most poorly machined and finished threads I have ever seen. Even at these cheap price I was expecting threads that would be safe to use on an aluminum engine block without causing damage. If you are using this on a cast iron block then it may be be safe enough since brass is a softer metal than iron. It is also worth noting that the plastics have an unusually pungent chemistry. It smells about 5 times stronger than Cosmoline...you can taste it in your mouth just from getting a whiff. I am returning this and will find another compression test kit instead.
