These isolators fit almost perfect on my 2004 F150 Lariat. The tabs were a little long so I had to grind them down so they'd fit in between the leafs.

in order to slide these inside the leaf pack without undoing any of the spring hardware most of the "post" has to be trimmed off because the leafs don't spread far enough apart. make sure you raise the truck off the ground, then use a pry bar and large screw driver and hammer to get them apart. slide in, line up, then release the pry bar to seat the insulator. i don't feel like it will slide out even with most of the plastic removed.

Won’t fit in between the leaf springs without cutting them. The metal band that holds the leafs won’t allow the big nubbin inside.
