Excellent for storing my mini led outdoor lights, comes completely assembled and ready to use, handles make it quick to wind a 75 foot length of led lights. Comes in a 5 pack, only needed 4 but found the last one was perfect for winding up extension cords.

Storing long decorative string lights is always a challenge not when you are storing it but when you try to use next year and they get tangled. You spend more time untangling them than putting it. I have used makeshift cardboard to wrap the string lights. I saw these for storing lights and thought giving it a try.The construction of these holder is pretty good. It is completely made of hard plastic but is sturdy. That makes it light weight and easy to carry even when there is string light attached. There are a lot of notches to start the winding process. The cord notches also helps in keeping the cord together. The handle rotates freely. However, it doesn't stand freely as shown in the pictures.The rotating handle does make the job of winding very easy. However, you would need some tension in the string to effectively use it. It works best when two people are doing it. I and my wife rotated 150+ ft of string lights in couple of minutes. Rotating alone was tougher. I would have preferred there was a way to lock the rotating handle. If I am alone, I would wrap it around gripping one side and with the rotating handle it wasn't possible. So, I had to find some other place to hold it.In terms of capacity, I was easily able to get 150+ ft with some room to spare. However, these are best suited for string lights. I don't think they will work well with icicle lights.Overall, an easy way to store string lights and get them tangle free when you want to use it again.

These reels work but it can be difficult to turn them. The handles are almost directly across from on another. If they were spaced out further these would spin effortlessly. They will work but prepare to be frustrated.

This is a review of the 4PCS Rotating Handle Christmas Lights Storage Holder, Holiday Light Organizer All Purpose Lights Cord Wind Up Christmas Light Winder for String Lights, Extensions Cords, Garland, Beads, Rope:The rotating handles on the storage holder are useful and held at least 3 light strands each, probably about 300-500 light capacity I would estimate. Liked the multiple points to lock the cord/plug into. Very useful item, especially when you have a ridiculously large display of holiday lights!
