They’re wheels! They role smooth and will be better for our laminate flooring.Very quiet and the brakes work well. Also they roll fast!

these work exactly as they say. The skateboard-style wheels are superior to every other style. The brake is a little hard to engage and disengage but I'd be more concerned if it wasn't.

The wheel housings are stamped out of thin sheet metal, but since they are priced low, I only took off one star. These casters are well-suited for applications that require smooth rolling over hardwood floors; they do not mar the floor, and they roll quietly and smoothly. The swivels also are smooth and have very little slop, contributing to the smooth rolling. The brakes are easy to engage and disengage.
